This eight-day course is for everyone who wants to increase their flexibility without painful stretching. Using the principles of neuromuscular repatterning for muscle relaxation, Release Yoga produces deep flexibility without pain. The practice is ideal for relatively inflexible people, people who have experienced strain from traditional yoga practices, and yoga instructors who wish to find better ways to encourage their students to work gently with focus and breath rather than pushing.
