The Syntropy International Summer 2014 Workshop Series

The Summer 2014 Workshop Series is an opportunity to study with Tobin Rangdrol, LMT.  Tobin is the Director of the Arcata School of Massage, and co-creator, with Shari Sunshine, LMT, of Syntropy Insight Bodywork.

The SI Summer 2014 courses are for Massage Therapists, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Orthopedic Doctors, Structural Integration Therapists, Yoga Instructors and everyone interested in self-healing.

Release Yoga for Painless Flexibility
This eight-day course is for everyone who wants to increase their flexibility without painful stretching. Using the principles of neuromuscular repatterning for muscle relaxation, Release Yoga produces deep flexibility without pain. The practice is ideal for relatively inflexible people, people who have experienced strain from traditional yoga practices, and yoga instructors who wish to find better ways to encourage their students to work gently with focus and breath rather than pushing. Therapeutic Bodywork Case Studies
This three-day course is for manual therapists and yoga instructors who want to practice the techniques covered in the Therapeutic Bodywork Theory and Practice courses with real clients who are experiencing musculoskeletal dysfunction in an open-clinic classroom format.
Each day will include one-and-a-half hour sessions with clients – with instructor support.
